HOT: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

Hoi An Tourist Holding Company announced the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated September 29, 2014 after seeking shareholders’ approval:

Article 1: Shareholders do not approve to assign AHS Group to manage the Hoi An Beach Resort directly under Hoi An Tourist Holding Company.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
