DIG: DIC Corp withdraws capital in two companies

The Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) announced the change of ownership ratio in member companies in Quarter 3/2014 as follows:

-          To implement Board Resolution No.25 dated August 14, 2014, in September 2014, DIC Corp transferred a part of stake in Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Development Joint - Stock Company (BVEC). Until September 30, 2014, the ownership ratio of DIC Corp in BVEC is 15%. Therefore, BVEC is no longer an associated company of DIC Corp in the consolidated financial statements.

-          DIC Corp completed the transfer of a part of stake in Binh Duong Fico Cement Co., Ltd. according to Board Resolution No.26 dated September 14, 2014. Until September 30, 2014, the ownership ratio of DIC Corp in Binh Duong Fico Cement Co., Ltd. is 28% (ownership ratio before transfer: 29.34%).
