ASM: Decision on additional listing

On October 24, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.411/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Sao Mai Group Corporation (stock code: ASM) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-  Number shares before additional listing: 47,683,440 shares

-  Additional volume: 9,536,688 shares

-  Total additional value (based on par value): VND95,366,880,000

-  Number shares after additional listing: 57,220,128 shares

-  Total value after additional listing: VND572,201,280,000

-  Effective date of the listing license: October 28, 2014

-  Reason of additional listing: issue new shares from owner's equity.
