-          Meeting place: Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel, 148 Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Cu Trinh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.

-          Meeting contents:

·         Approving the amendment the company’s charter;

·         Electing additional members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for term 2013-2018;

·         Approving the registration to list and deposit 572,400 additional shares according to the ESOP date October 07, 2014.
