VNL: The BOD approved the dissolution of Hung Thuan – Vinalink

According to Board Resolution No.1633 dated September 04, 2014, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (VINALINK) passed the following issues:

1.       To terminate the cooperation agreement dated November 22, 2012 with Hung Thuan Group Corporation and partners. 

2.       To dissolve Hung Thuan – Vinalink Corporation as agreed by the shareholders of Hung Thuan – Vinalink Corporation.
