Vinalink International Freight Forwarders announced the Decision of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: To adjust the record date for the first interim dividend payment for 2014:

-         Record date (estimated): September 30, 2014

-         Payment date: October 20, 2014

Article 2:  Payment amount: VND700 for a share

Article 3: The CEO and the secretary have responsibilities for executing this decision.
