TMT: Board resolution on seeking shareholders’ approval

According to Board Resolution No.864 dated September 11, 2014, TMT Motor Joint Stock Company will seek shareholders’ approval in writing for some content under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

-          Time of implementation is expected from October 02, 2014 to October 08, 2014.
