THG: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (TICCO) announced the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated September 23, 2014 after seeking shareholders’ approval:

Article 1: Shareholders approved the investment in the commercial housing project in Trung An commune.  

Article 2: Shareholders authorized the Board of Directors to monitor and conduct the implementation of the project in accordance with current legislation.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
