SBC: SABETRAN JSC receives a tender offer

Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (SABETRAN JSC) received a public tender offer from Mr. Van Thanh Liem – BOD Chairman as follows:

-         Number of shares registered to be purchased: 5,137,590 shares (64.22% of the company’s Charter )

-         Trading period: after getting approval from the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam.
