On August 18, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Official Document No.1227/SGDHCM-NY to remind Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company to submit separate & consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2, 2014.

-  On September 03, 2014, HOSE issued Official Document No.1232/SGDHCM-NY to remind Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company for the second time to submit consolidated financial statements of Quarter 2, 2014 and remind Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2014.

-  However, until September 17, 2014, HOSE has received no financial statements of the company.
