PVT: Resolution of the AGM

PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation announced the resolution of the annual general meeting of shareholders dated September 15, 2014:

Article 1: AGM approved contents:

-         AGM approved to list additional 23,257,542 shares on the exchange.

-         AGM approved to increase charter capital from VND2,326,000,000,000 to VND2,558,575,420,000.

-         AGM approved to amend the Articles of Association.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from September 15, 2014.
