PGD: Plan for dealing with fractional & unsold shares

Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company (short name: PV GAS D JSC) announced Board Resolution No.18 dated August 01, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: To approve a plan for dealing with the fractional shares rising after rounding down:

-          Plan: to buy the fractional shares as treasury shares and pay to shareholders in cash.

-          Number of fractional shares: 955 shares

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
