NNC: Board Resolution on Seeking Shareholders’ Approval

Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.24/02/NQ-HDQT dated September 15, 2014 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors decided to seek shareholders’ approval for the use of the financial reserve fund to issue bonus shares with a ratio of 2:1, in addition to the use of the investment & development fund.
