MDG: Reminded of violations

On September 04, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 332/QD-SGDHCM to remind to violate of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company (stock code: MDG) in the entire stock market.

Reason: The Company continued violating the information disclosure regulations at Point 2 and Point 3, Article 10 Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance.
