HDC: Board Resolution on sale of treasury shares

On August 25, 2014, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC (HODECO) decided to register to sell treasury shares as follows:

-         Number of current treasury shares: 501,529 shares  

-         Number of treasury shares registered to sell: 500,000 shares

-         Purpose: to raise the working capital

-         Expected trading period: from September to October 2014

-         Trading method: order-matching and/or put-through

-         Price: from VND19,000/share to VND35,000/share.
