GTN: GTN transfers capital in Thong Nhat Co., Ltd

On September 24, 2014, The Board of Directors of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 27 billion dongs or 15.79-percent stake in Thong Nhat Co., Ltd. After the transfer, GTN would hold 30 billion dongs or 17.54%-percent stake in Thong Nhat Co., Ltd. Time of implementation: September – October 2014.
