ELC: Setting up a subsidiary

Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation has set up a subsidiary as follows:

1)     Name of the subsidiary: VTS Hai Phong Limited Company

2)     Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation contributed VND12,052,300,000 or 65% of the charter capital of VTS Hai Phong Limited Company).

3)     Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, Director of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation, was authorized to mange VND12,052,300,000 of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation in VTS Hai Phong Limited Company.
