ELC: Elcom Corp contributes capital to set up a subsidiary

On September 17, 2014, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (short name: ELCOM CORP) approved the capital contribution to establish Elcom Plus JSC with an investment of VND7,650,000,000 (51% of the charter capital of Elcom Plus JSC). Elcom Plus JSC will contribute its assets and ongoing contracts.
