DNC: Explanation for difference of over 10 percent in profit after tax in financial statement Q.II /2014 year on year

On 27 Aug 2014, Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock explained the difference of over 10 percent in profit after tax in financial statement Q.II /2014 year on year as follows:

- In Q.II/ 2013, the Company made provision for the losses and tax arrears in accord with Decision of Hai Phong Tax Department for Hai Phong Cable Co., Ltd (subsidiary): VND 761,187,520

- In Q.II/ 2014, revenue of the Company went up while the costs were stable, so the operation profit increased accordingly
