DCS: Explanation for audit exception

On 05/09/2014, Dai Chau Joint Stock Company announced explanation for audit exception as follows:

In the recent time, fluctuations of the economy influenced directly on general operation of the Company, including the associated company Xuan Minh Song Da Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company. Thanh Hoa Company decided to operate perfunctorily and limit investment in the coming time. Therefore, Thanh Hoa Company actively cut all expenses even labor expense, find alternative staff with lower cost, which led to delay of schedule, especially treatment of financial statement so at the moment of auditing financial statement of first 06 months of 2014, Thanh Hoa Company did not finish financial statement.

The Company committed that although Thanh Hoa Company did not provide financial statement to the Holding Company, it did not influence on result of announced financial statement.
