BCI: To issue the corporate governance rules & borrow capital

On September 04, 2014, the Board of Directors of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company passed the following issues:

-          To issue the corporate governance rules;

-          To borrow capital from Binh Tan Trading Office of Cho Lon Branch of Sacombank, with a credit limit of VND200 billion, in order to finance Phong Phu 4 Residential Project.
