AVF: AVF Put into Warning Status
On August 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.324/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Anvifish Joint Stock Company (stock code: AVF) into warning status as from September 08, 2014.
- Reason: Anvifish Joint Stock Company frequently violated the regulations on information disclosure at Point 2 – Article 3 and Point 2, Point 3 – Article 10 of Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance, and Point 1.1e – Article 15 of the Listing Regulations issued with Decision 10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
