VHC: Vinh Hoan Corp to transfer stake in Vinh Hoan USA
Vinh Hoan Corporation announced the board resolution dated August 15, 2014 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to transfer 85% of the capital Vinh Hoan Corporation invests in Vinh Hoan (USA) Inc. (address: 2522 Chambers Road, Suite 200, Tustin CA 92780).Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to sell 85% stake at US$425,000.00. Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to authorize Ms. Truong Thi Le Khanh, Chairwoman cum CEO, as the representative of Vinh Hoan Corp in Vinh Hoan (USA) Inc. to sign a share transfer contract with the buyer. Article 4: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
