PXT: PXT faces delisting from HOSE

On April 17, 2013, according to Decision 151/2013/QD-SGDHCM, the stock of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PVC – PT) was put into the warning status because the auditing company expressed an “except-for” opinion with material effect making the profit after tax in 2012 change from positive to negative. Besides, the auditing company noted the possibility of continuous operation of the company.

-         According to the 2014 reviewed semi-annual financial statements, the profit after tax until June 30, 2014 is –VND123,253,701,476 and the undistributed profit is –VND158,347,645,709. Beside the opinion and note above, there are except-for opinions and notes that may lead the company’s accumulated loss to exceed its charter capital (VND200 billion).

-         If PXT’s accumulated loss on the 2014 audited financial statements still exceeds its charter capital, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will implement procedures to delist PXT shares.
