OPC: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2/2014

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 2/2014 and Quarter 2/2013 as follows:

·         Revenue in Quarter 2/2014 increased VND19.19 billion (13%), profit after tax in Quarter 2/2014 decreased VND6.53 billion or 35% mainly because cost of goods sold increased VND10.4 billion (18%), selling expense increased VND15.8 billion (42%), general and administration expense increased VND2.4 billion (22%).

·         Revenue in the first 06 months of 2014 increased VND59.4 billion (21%) and profit after tax increased VND1.7 billion (5%) compared to the same period of last year.
