MDG: MDC transfers stake in two associated companies

Mien Dong Joint Stock Company (MDC) announced Board Resolution No.04 dated August 26, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: To implement the transfer of shares owned by MDC in two associated companies: Vietnam Power Development Joint Stock Company (VNPD) and Mien Dong Joint Stock Company - Infrastructure Investment (MDIC)

-  Transfer price: not lower than VND10,000/share

Article 2: The Board of Directors and the Management co-operate to find partners to sell these shares from August 26, 2014 to the end of September 09, 2014.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 4: Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate and relevant departments have responsibilities for implementing this resolution.
