MBB: MCSB increases capital

On August 20, 2014, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the capital increase of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MCSB). Accordingly, MCSB’s charter capital is raised from VND11,256,250,000,000 to VND11,593,937,500,000 by a share issue to current shareholders.
