KSS: KSS reminded of violations

On August 26, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.318/QD-SGDHCM to remind Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: KSS) in the entire stock market.

Reason: Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation frequently violated the regulations on information disclosure at Point 1 – Article 3 and Point 3 - Article 10 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
