On August 13, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1217/SGDHCM-NY to remind Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation to submit late disclosure about withdrawing capital from Nam Viet Real Estate JSC (an associated company).
