KBC: Kinh Bac withdraws capital from an associated company

According to the board resolution dated June 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved a policy to transfer 2,000,000 shares in Nam Viet Real Estate JSC, at VND25,000/share and with the total transfer value of VND50 billion. Therefore, Nam Viet Real Estate JSC has not been an associated company of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation as from June 30, 2014. The transfer transaction was finished the payment on July 29, 2014.
