10)  Exercise ratio: 02:01 (the one who owns 02 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share)

11)  Financial resource: capital surplus

12)  Record date: August 29, 2014

13)  How to deal with fractional shares: The number of additional shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 555 shares at the record date, he will receive: 555*1/2=277.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 277 new shares.
