On August 05, 2014, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group issued a resolution on branch establishment as follows:

-  Branch: Branch of Hoa Sen Group in Mo Duc – Quang Ngai

-  Address: Tu Son 2 hamlet, Duc Lan commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province.

-  Branch director: Mr. Ngo Van Duan.
