GIL: Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company was held on August 14, 2014, but there were just 46 shareholders representing 7,415,917 shares (accounting for 54.14% of the number of voting shares of the Company).
