FDC: Board Resolution on seeking shareholders' approval

The Board of Directors of Foreign trade development and investment Corporation of Hochiminh city was held at 01:30PM on August 14, 2014 at the Company’s head office No.28 Phung Khac Khoan, District 1, HCMC. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the following issues:

1)     Approved the adjustment of increasing undistributed profit after tax of VND100 billion from Development and Investment fund accumulated to December 31, 2014.

2)     Approved the adjustment of 2014 payment dividend plan from 12% to 48% on charter capital.

3)     Approved to close shareholders list for seeking shareholders’ written opinions for the adjustment of increasing undistributed profit after tax of VND100 billion from Development and Investment fund and the adjustment of 2014 payment dividend plan.

4)     Assigned the Management Board to conduct all necessary procedures for seeking shareholders’ opinions in accordance with the laws.

5)     This resolution was unanimously approved by all members of the Board of Directors.
