Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 announced some contents of the Board Meeting dated August 06, 2014 as follows:

-  To register to add additional business lines into the Company’s function for the purpose of investment in the listed hydropower companies on the stock exchange.

-  To make an assessment report on the purchase of redundant 10MVA transformer.

-  To build cost norms in production and business activities of the Company.
