Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (stock code: DPM) declares its disinvestment in Drilling Mud Corporation (stock code: PVC) as follows:

-         To approve to transfer 2,533,202 PVC shares of Drilling Mud Corporation.

-         Method: put-through or order-matching methods on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

-         The capital owned by DPM in PVC after transfer: 0 shares.
