ANV: Explanation for consolidated profit and loss in Q2.2014

Nam Viet Corporation (Navico) gave reasons for the consolidated profit and loss in Quarter 2/2014 as follows:

-  Profit before tax in Quarter 2/2014: VND12,830,143,309

-  Profit before tax in Quarter 2/2013: VND8,854,041,526

-  Profit in Quarter 2/2014 increased VND3,976,101,783 or 45% compared to in Quarter 2/2013.

-  Reason:

·         The average selling price in Quarter 2/2014 increased 11% compared to in Quarter 2/2013.

·         Cost of goods sold in Quarter 2/2014 decreased 19%

·         Selling expense decreased 39%.
