Vietcombank lists more shares

Vietcombank will list an additional 347.6 million shares worth VND3.476 trillion, or US$165.52 million, on the HCM City Stock Exchange next Monday.

The bank received the approval of the southern bourse on Thursday. Increasing ownership capital enables the bank to issue the new shares, according to the exchange.

From Monday, the bank will have nearly 2.67 billion listed shares, worth about VND26.65 trillion, or $1.27 billion.

Vietcombank's shares closed down 0.2 point at VND25,800, or $1.23, per share on Friday.
