VIC: Board Resolution – Jul 07

On July 07, 2014, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VINGROUP JSC) announced the Board Resolution on the reissue of treasury shares for capital contribution to charter capital as follows:

-         VINGROUP’s current contribution in Vinpearl Joint Stock Company: VND1,555,194,890,000, equivalent to 98.6% of charter capital of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company

-         Amount to be further contributed to Vinpearl Joint Stock Company: VND2,442,805,110,000

-         VIC share’s price: shall be determined based on volume weighted average price for 90 trading days preceding the date on which Vingroup makes further contribution into Vinpearl Joint Stock Company up to July 04, 2014:VND69,000/share

-         Equivalent to 35,398,107 shares to be contributed in Vinpearl Joint Stock Company

-         The rest of charter capital of Vinpearl JSC will be contributed by cash by VIC

-         Time of implementation: in Quarter 3, 2014.
