PVL: The results of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014

On 26/06/2014, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces the results of the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 as follows:

The numbers of attendants: 16 shareholders represent for 7,686,900 shares, equivalent to 15.37 % of the number of voting shares of the Company.

- Based on Enterprise Law approved by Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 29/11/2005

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company has not enough conditions to be carried out.

The second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 will be called in 11/07/2014.
