PPI: Explanation for business results in quarter 1/2014

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (PPI JSC) has explained business result in quarter 1/2014 as follows:

-     Revenue in quarter 1/2014 was at 20,498,104,186 dongs and higher than this in quarter 1/2013 (12,800,156,891 dongs – increasing 60%).

-     Cost in quarter 1/2014 was 11,947,976,692 dongs and decreased by 4,333,987,135 dongs with this in quarter 1/2013.

-     Profit after tax in quarter 1/2014 was 5,006,245,752 dongs and increased by 4,936,388,908 dongs with this in quarter 1/2013.

Reason: the company adjusted the 1/500 detailed plan of lands at Vinh Phu 2 settlement, so this made land area increase.
