PPC: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On July 11, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: PPC                              

-         Ex-right date: July 23, 2014   

-         Record date: July 25, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

-         Payment date: August 15, 2014             

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company from August 15, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
