–    Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation, an associated company with 32% charter capital owned by Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation, received Announcement No.2366/UBND – DTQH from Binh Thuan Province People's Committee on the approval for infrastructure investment, workers housing, social housing in Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province.

–    Besides, Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation is the investor of Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park with total investment more than VND253billion.
