DTA: Reminded of late information disclosure

On July 08, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1060/SGDHCM-NY to remind De Tam Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the decision of court on “construction dispute contract” with Nam Phan Construction and Technique Co., Ltd and De Tam Joint Stock Company.
