Hoa An Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-  Approving the resignation of Mr. Lai Duy Hong as CEO.

-  Appointing Mr. Lai Duy Hong as Deputy Chairman of the BOD.

-  Appointing Mr. Trinh Tien Bay, a member of the BOD as CEO and legal representative.

-  Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Luong as Deputy CEO and Director at branch of Hoa An Joint Stock Company in Vinh Cuu.

-  Effective date: July 02, 2014.
