CII: 26,655 private bonds to be converted into shares

On July 21, 2014, CII received an announcement of conversion dated July 21, 2014 from HFIC about converting 26,655 convertible bonds into CII shares.

Therefore, CII would like to announce a record date for bond conversion and listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange as follows:
