In Quarter 2/2014: -
Revenue decreased 32.29% and cost of goods
sold decreased 33.62% compared to Quarter 2/2013, so gross profit lost 25.45%.
Revenue and cost of goods sold decreased sharply because works under
construction. -
Financial income decreased 18.55% mainly
because the decrease in dividend from associated companies. -
Interest expense decreased VND2,572,432,555
(or 14.56%) because interest rate in Quarter 2/2014 tended to decrease compared
to the same period of 2013. -
Selling expense and administrative expense
decreased. -
Therefore, profit after tax of the parent
company in Quarter 2/2014 was VND1,291,689,429, decreasing 84.60% compared to
Quarter 2/2013.
