VRC: Explanation for business results of Quarter 1/2014

Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained for business results of Quarter 1/2014 as follows:

-         In Quarter 1/2014, parent company loss VND475,783,319 and consolidated loss VND539,452,545

-         Reason:

·         Revenue from the construction works were not transferred

·         Revenues in Q1/2014 were mainly from contracts of leasing real estate

·         Financial in Q1/2014 was high.
