Vinh Hoan Corporation announced the Board Resolution on May 29, 2014 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to transfer stake in Vinh Hoa Feed JSC, this is located at Highway 30, Thanh Binh Industrial Park, Binh Thanh Ward, Thanh Binh District, Dong Thap Province according to a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement under which Pilmico International Pte. Ltd will acquire from VHC 70% stake in Vinh Hoa Feed JSC at $19,600,000.
