     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 17%/share  (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,700 for every share they own)

          - Exercise date: 15/7/2014
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Vietnam Electricity Construction 2 JSC (No.13, Mai Hac De, Vinh City, Nghe An province) on working days from 15/7/2014. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
